From 13 to 16 April 2015, Madrid will be the "gastronomic capital" of Portugal and its embassy the Salón Gourmet, the Quality Food and Beverage Fair that celebrates its twenty-ninth edition making Portugal the country of Honour.

For four days, the SG fair will be the best and most comprehensive showcase for Summum del Sur, in addition to presenting our fresh meat from Cárnicas J. Chica.
