For the Summum del Sur project, we have received advice from a group of investigators from the Universidad de Sevilla and the Centro de Investigación y Tecnología Agroalimentaria de Aragón who have been studying the properties of the kid for years. The group has published several international papers based on the study of this animal. It was a privilege to have the team of researchers at our premises in Jaén.
